I didn’t know that the Tulfo Brothers, Ben, Raffy and Erwin, have a TV program called T3 in TV5. Not until this Thrilla in NAIA brouhaha involving older brother Mon did I learn about it. I am not really a fan of the brothers but I like it that they help others find justice for the wrong done to them. They may be harsh most of the time but that’s how you cope with life. You got to be tough!

Too bad now that I know of it the show is temporarily cancelled due to that very brouhaha where the brothers reacted and threatened the couple involved. On air!

You got to hand it to the brothers. They fight fair and don’t stab you in the back but rather face you when they want to take you down.

What we all love most about my older sister is that she is one reliable person especially when it comes to business dealings and all that. She is the reliable one everybody runs to for help. And you know what’s admirable about her? She doesn’t ask for anything in return. According to her, if it’s for the family, she is always willing to extend not just one one helping hand but her entire self.

I guess every little boy would just love to be a fireman when they grow up. I was gripped by that desire when I was a little kid. I remember having all stuff fireman-related. So now that nephew Santi’s also dreaming of becoming a fireman, I thought I’d get him this fire truck kids bedding that I saw online. I know that it will make him happy as he already has his fireman suit and toys.

Let me confess something here… I also would like to get one of those bedding! And a fire truck bed frame like what my nephew has in his room.

Ah, I thought I’m already over that dream of mine but I guess it will forever be inside my heart.

What’s the minimum amount of sleep you can get by on?

I need to get at least 3 to 4 hours of sleep for me to get by on. Otherwise, I am useless. Without that much sleep, I will be a walking pile of lethargy.

I don’t know how some people in the company I am working for can work on double or triple shifts without any sleep. Some even work for two days straight! I can’t do that. I can possibly do it but I will surely be a mess after. I might not be able to function for a week if I try to work for two days straight like what some agents did during the peak season last year.

I am a fan of the American sitcom FRIENDS. There is an episode wherein Monica and Chandler got married. And their theme song is Groovy Kind of Love. It was the sweetest!

I suddenly feel this overwhelming urge to go kayaking. For some reason, I remembered that first time I went kayaking with some co-workers and how it felt like you are isolated from the rest of the world. Right now, I want that. I need to experience that feeling again.

I’ve always wanted to become a barista. Don’t tell my parents about this or they will surely have heart palpitations! I am not a drinker. In fact, I only drink occasionally. I also don’t frequent bars. But I do think that a barista’s job is cool! I like mixing drinks for my friends and cousins. I like juggling those mixing cups and bottles. I like interacting with the persons who drink my concoctions.

And I also love coffee a lot! I kept thinking I’d rather mix coffee like the ones in Starbucks than stress myself out with the work I have. But, of course, that’s just the tired me speaking. I do love my work

I would love to try it out one time. Be a barista. I think when my cousins and I will go on this trip we are planning, I will try and become a barista even for a night!

A co-worker lost his wife roughly a year ago. He was naturally devastated about it. His wife died while giving birth to their second child. He saw his wife smiling before being wheeled in the delivery room. The next time he saw his wife, she was already dead.

It was tragic!

Everyone knows how much he loved his wife. She was his life! So now I am sure that, like me, those very same people who knew of his love for his wife are asking why less than a year that his wife died he already has a new inspiration. He is keeping it under wraps. But some of his friends and family members are spilling the beans, most likely, unintentionally.

Why?!?

I think it’s too soon. I know I am not in his shoes and I don’t really know what he went and is going through. This is just my opinion. How can you love someone like she’s the air you breathe and then a year after she passed away you already have someone special slowly replacing her?!? It boggles my mind.

A friend said it might be his way of coping with the tragedy that happened to him. I think that there’s a better way of coping and that’s by focusing his time and energy on his two daughters. That’s how I will cope if it happened to me. Of course, I could be eating my words but for now, this is my opinion.

It’s sad when you think about it. A diabetic person taking medication for his sickness is now a cancer patient due to the very medication he is taking to make him better. It’s bladder cancer caused by the side effect of the medicine called Actos. Sad, don’t you think?

So what better course of action to take than to file a lawsuit for the actos bladder cancer that the person now has. The lawsuit is not going to make the person alright but it will be a means to fight for his rights. And to somehow get back at the people behind the medicine that should have done better to the person’s body than make it even worse.

I always believe that we can change anything if we put our minds to it. We can choose to be anybody we want to be. We can choose to feel whatever emotion we want to feel. It’s all a decision to change. It’s in our attitude. And attitude is a decision that we just have to make.

I’m all about decisions this week.

Each day we make decisions. Some we regret ever doing, some propel us to greatness. I have to make a decision whether to accept a great offer from another company or to stay put with the current company I’m with. Tough decision to make! I love challenges and the job offer will give me that and more. But I also believe in loyalty. That’s why I am torn whether to take a risk or to stay put.

Decisions. Decisions.

The company is known for using only quality materials. They have a lot of products and services that they offer and all their customers, regular and potential ones, are assured of the best products and services worth every cent of their hard earned money. That’s what they are known for and I believe it’s the best accomplishment a business can ever achieve.

If you hear of Water Soluble Solder Paste, you know right away that it’s of the best quality. Wouldn’t you like that as a customer? Only the best? I am sure you do! I would like to know that something I buy or pay for is of the best quality only!

You know what I realized? No matter how we dislike this generation’s lingo, we need to keep up! Or we will find ourselves lost. Believe me, I talk to my younger cousins all the time and I get lost when they start using net lingo on me!

I swear I only know one or two from the list and the rest… baffles the mind why people these days just love abbreviating words!

My nephew and niece are both gaga over ice creams. I think ice creams and kids go hand in hand. Have you noticed when you are a kid you can solve anything with a scoop of ice cream? It’s irrational but it’s been proven to make a kid bawling her eyes out or screaming and kicking to stop in an instant. A kid will stop being difficult if you ply him/her with a cone of ice cream!

I wish adults are just as easy to please…

My sister got a really great helper. She is of the same age as I and she is an all-around helper at my sister’s home wherein she does the laundry and ironing and helps with taking care of the kids. Because my sister is very much thankful for the help she is giving, she in return will be sending her to a Springfield beauty school. Her helper really wants to study salon services and open a salon business in her province in the future. So she can be near her family while earning an income unlike now when she is far away from them.
