I learned from one of my agents that she is still keeping her mom’s citizen watch even if it’s no longer working. It’s a memento, according to her. She keeps it in her wallet as it’s a small one. She brings it with her wherever she goes. She just wants to feel that her mom is with her all the time even if she’s no longer physically here.
I admire her for loving her mom that much. I know that I love my mom the same way. I will keep whatever I can hold on to even when she’s passed on.
