Bumper to bumper
Traffic is terrible when a hard downpour happens. Just today, by mid afternoon, a heavy downpour occurred. As usual, the usually light traffic on Sundays turned ugly. I had brunch at the parents’ house and the usual 15-minute ride from the condo turned to an almost 1 hour nightmare. By the time I arrived at my parents’ house, I was already pissed off! Thankfully, my niece, the apple of my eyes, greeted me with a big toothy smile and it made me laugh.
Something should be done to the traffic situation when there’s heavy rains in the city. And right now!
