Teamwork
I am all for teamwork. Right now, even though we are feeling very little effects of the recession in our office, I am still telling my team to work doubly hard. Work like we might lose our jobs anytime soon if we don’t give our all. I don’t want them growing complacent because we never know if and when the financial crisis might hit our company as well.
Just the other day, someone from the admin department got sick and forgot to book a room at a San Diego hotel that a company executive asked for. Since I know someone from that hotel, I did it myself, saving the employee in the nick of time. That’s teamwork for me.
