Endowments

A cousin of mine is talking about selling his endowment because he needs to pay up the mounting interests from his student loans. He actually got two student loans in college. He took up nursing and it really amounted to a lot of money. He is now a registered nurse but having been recently married and a new father to twins, bills just kept coming up and well, he is now left to choose between a restructure of all his existing loans or selling his endowment and hoping to get a bigger return to cover at least half or more than half of his loans.

I found Endowment Express, a portal where any one out there can Sell Endowments. Endowment Express guarantees 35% more than the usual surrender value of your endowments. Which is exactly what my cousin is looking for. I am quite excited to tell him about this site which can be found online at EndowmentExpress.co.uk. I bet even my sister will be interested with this. She is also looking to sell her endowment and use it to finance something she has been wanting to do for a long time now.

You might be looking to sell your endowment as well. Go to EndowmentExpress.co.uk now for more information.

The treatment you need

I have been hearing a lot about psoriasis and have actually watched a coupe of eye-openers about this skin disease. I thought that those women in church are lepers but when I watched a psoriasis episode shown in a news magazine at a local channel, my eyes were opened to the fact that a lot of people suffer from this disease. Including those two women in church.

Now if you are one of the victims of this disease, better check out the psoriasis treatment at CleopatrasChoice.com now. The treatment they are offering is a medicine by SeaOra. It apparently heals even a bad case of psoriasis. Check it out. Go visit their site now for more information.

A relaxing massage therapy

Spa and other relaxation places are booming these days. Maybe it is caused by too much stress at work plus the dismal state of the economy. My boss is thinking of opening a spa with her sister. It is a good idea! But she wants to study massage therapy first and foremost. She wants to know the nitty gritty of the business she will get into before anything else.

A career in spa or beauty starts in a school that caters such courses. The SpaBeautyEd.com is where you can get to know more about this offer. So if you are also thinking of studying the art of a massage therapy and other things related to spa and beauty, go and check out SpaBeautyEd.com now!

Recliner

Have you ever heard of a zero gravity recliner? Look at the photo above. That is a zero gravity recliner. It is a chair that you can bend as far back as you can. In the office, all the directors have this kind of chair. The ones that they can bend backward as far as they can. It relaxes them, I was told. So when I heard that, I thought of buying one for my dad. This recliner will be a great addition to the home-office that he is having built. What do you think? A zero gravity recliner sounds great, ain’t it?

Your own logo

Have you ever thought why most businesses have their own logos? Well, just imagine a McDonald’s fastfood. When you see a big, yellow M, what comes to your mind? The fastfood chain, right? That’s how powerful a great logo is. Recall is what it will bring.

That is the goal of Logoyes.com’s logo design. I tried it and below is the business card that I was able to create with a logo of a palette for a craft shop.

logomorgan.jpg

Like it?

Do you know how easy creating a logo and business card is at Logoyes.com? Well here are the 6 easy steps you need to take:

1. Choose an image.
You can choose from among High-tech, Bold or Flair. High-tech is for those companies who are fast-paced and leaning more on the technological side of things. Bold is for stable companies. While Flair is for the creative ones. I chose Flair for the craft store business I have in mind.

2. Select an industry.
I selected Crafts + Hobbies.

3. Select a symbol that will best represent your company.
I chose a palette.

4. Put the name that will accompany your symbol.
In this part, you can also choose the font of your text.

5. Do the layout.
This is the part where you can add colors, adjust sizes, rotate the symbol and flip it over.

6. Satisfied with the layout? Your LOGO is now done! You can choose to continue with the business card portion or checkout and pay for the logo you created.

It’s that easy!

Are you interested? Checkout Logoyes.com and use their free demo to be able to try out the steps I wrote down here. And do tell how easy it really is! Logoyes.com, the answer to your logo problems.

On debt collection

My grandmother loves to say that it is better to get at least the principal of a sum lent to someone rather than get nothing at all. I believe that. My sister is a finance person. And she knows the value of being able to collect a receivable, even a portion of it. And she was able to help my grandma with her lending business a couple of years’ back.

You see, my grandma had a host of people borrowing money from her on a monthly basis. These are people mostly from her old office. My grandma was able to get ahold of her early retirement money offered by her old office to her. She grabbed the opportunity of getting a lump sum and using it to build a business of her own. She charged a minimal interest rate. But in almost all financial transactions, there came a time that a couple of those people who owed her money got bankrupt. What she did was she asked for the principal, foregoing the interest. And thankfully, with the help of my sister, she was able to collect 90% of the bad debts.

My dad took over the business. And a number of borrowers defaulted on their payments about a year ago. My sister is busy with her new baby so, unlike before, she will not be able to help dad this time around. My dad is now thinking of getting even the principal. But he needs the help of a Debt Collection expert. American Profit Recovery is the company he is thinking of hiring. Not only do they guarantee results, they also charge a flat fee, a very reasonable amount for their collection efforts.

My sister told dad to go ahead and hire the experts! Interested as well? Visit AmericanProfit.net for more information.

A reasonable collecting fee

There are so many collection agencies out there. Especially now that credit card companies and other lending institutions are putting up business almost on a daily basis. These companies ask the help of collection agencies in helping them collect delinquent accounts. Some are successful, while others are not. And these collection agencies rely on amounts collected to be able to get their fees. It is usually a percentage of amounts collected. This is a good deal for some companies because unless the collection agencies be able to collect, there will be no fees to be paid. But the gist of this deal is that when the Collection Agency collects, up to 50% of the amounted collected goes to agency fees. So you can just imagine how much will be left to the company the agency is collecting for. That is a lot of money to be paid to a collecting agency. That could have formed part of the company’s profits.

There is a collection agency that will not charge your company with that much amount. And that company is the American Profit Recovery. They are a collection agency that will only charge you a fixed flat rate. It is a reasonable amount compared to the outrageous rates charged by other collecting agencies.

Interested? Go right ahead and visit them at AmericanProfit.net now!

Wanting to live the good life again

ddc_01.jpg

I have mentioned in a couple of posts that my sister is moving in with my parents together with her kids. She’s been living in Maldives for quite some time with her husband but due to a terrible accident, her husband died, leaving her and their 2-year-old daughter. My sister was pregnant at the time so we had to go live with her to help her cope up and heal.

Thankfully, she is now recovering from the tragedy and has moved out of their Maldives home. She is now with my parents in her old bedroom. But to give her a semblance of privacy with her kids, my parents are having an extension built for her and her two kids.

One thing that we got used to, my sister and I, is living in a well-groomed environment. My parents’ house is carpeted and there are just so many luxuries in life that I miss when I was still living there. So my parents are also checking out carpets for the house extension. I told dad about directbuy and how he and mom can order a carpet there, with the price of a directly bought carpet from a manufacturer. I believe they will check it out as soon as possible.

You are invited!

january-cover-good-copy.jpg

My niece, Anika, will be celebrating her first ever luau party two weeks from now. She wants to be able to invite her friends from the neighborhood as well as the little cousins from different parts of the country. I saw some really good party invitations from The Party Starts Here and that would be one requirement off the list. My sister is still looking for luau skirts that other little girls can wear. As well as other things needed for the party.

Oh, you are all invited!

Accidents happen

Accidents happen. We all know that. And when it does, you need to know your rights as a victim. Especially when a truck collided with your car. You need to immediately call a truck accident lawyer before you get harassed by a trucking company representative. Munley, Munley & Cartwright, P.C. of TruckInjuries.com can help you resolve a trucking injury case brought about by a trucking accident. They can give you lawyers, paralegals and other professionals who will be of great help to your case.

But, of course, if we can avoid an accident to happen by being doubly careful, we should do our best to avoid it.

Mobility

I always bring my laptop with me, especially when I am on the road going somewhere. I make sure that I bring my laptop so that wherever I go, an internet connection is the only problem I will be worrying about. But due to years of files that I transferred from my old laptop as well as about two years of files, I need an additional laptop memory for it. I found one at MemoryStore.com and will be saving a portion of my next salary to buy it. This is also a preparation for next backpacking trip abroad.

Navigating the streets

When I was in another country last month, I never thought I will be able to use the GPS tracking device that I bought a year ago. It was a very useful and functional device because the city I explored have winding roads and confusing streets that without the GPS device, I just knew I would get lost instantly. The city was a maze!

A GPS functionality is included in cellphones, laptops, and other modern gadgets. But you can also buy a portable GPS system from Buy.com if you want.

A WoW account

I know a lot about World of Warcraft because of my cousin. He is a 19-year old college student who enjoys being in front of the computer more than away from it. He is the resident geek in the family and anything that you think you know about hardware, software, online gaming and many others, he surely knows more about it. Hands down. Not surprisingly, he chose computer engineering. He would have been a graduate of the course this year, three and a half years only, but he wants to take his time. He is in no hurry, mind you. So he is taking his sweet time doing his thesis, perfecting it most likely.

Meanwhile, he enjoys playing online games, most especially World of Warcraft. Surprisingly, he loves this game more than any other online game there is at the moment. So I gave him wow accounts to enjoy. I got it from BuyMMOAccounts.com, a website selling legitimate WoW accounts. BuyMMOACCOUNTS.com is a premier provider of secured World of Warcraft accounts for over a year now. They already supplied hundreds of satisfied customers with pre-leveled, high-end secured WoW Accounts.

So if you want only the best service when it comes to WoW accounts, better get one from a trusted name. You can go visit Buy MMO Accounts now for more information.
